Express yourself through improvisational painting and collage
Using unconventional painting techniques and a wild range of paper and fabric scraps, you will learn to abandon your creative fears and approach your work with curiosity, wonder and intuition.
You’ll enjoy a small group setting in my rooftop studio in Tsur Hadassah with all materials provided. Offsite options available for a minimum of 8 participants.

Taking inspiration from nature, you’ll piece together a patchwork painting featuring your favorite buds, pods and thistles.
In this class you will learn how to layer paint, paper and fabric to create a richly textured backdrop for abstract botanical doodles. No drawing or painting experience required!
Session 1 (three hours): Intro to color, mark-making, playing with layers, collage, botanical doodling
Session 2 (three hours): Incorporating motifs, making choices about our composition and integration
Sessions take place on consecutive weeks to allow processing time in between. Your second session will be one week after your scheduled first session.
All workshops are located in Tsur Hadassah in my rooftop studio. Off-site workshops are available for groups of 8 or more.

Tell your story through layered painting and collage techniques.
Put your old photos and papers to glorious use through improvisational painting and collage. You will learn to let go of your perfectionist ways, trust your artist eye and delight in the process of layering color and scrap, together with old photos. The result is a bold exploration of family and self.
